Key Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from planning to delivery with precision and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Represent our organization as the primary point of contact for global luxury brand clients, communicating confidently and professionally in English to manage client expectations.
  • Translate design concepts and client requirements into clear technical briefs for production teams.
  • Foster strong, long-term partnerships with clients through trust, reliability, and impeccable delivery, anticipating challenges and finding solutions to ensure timely results.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in shopfitting, luxury retail, or bespoke furniture, with excellent command of English and strong interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of retail furniture manufacturing, finishes, and materials, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a passion for craftsmanship and detail, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
