Job Title: Luxury Interior Design Head

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our luxury interior design team.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through collaboration with top architects and designers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads through various channels, including email, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting premium clients and architectural partners.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding the client base and enhancing brand visibility in the luxury interior market.
  • Create and execute business development plans aimed at tapping new markets and high-end segments.
  • Facilitate meetings with clients and architects to understand project requirements and design preferences.
  • Prepare and present project quotations, purchase orders (PO), and project invoices (PI), along with brand presentations and quality control (QC) documents.
  • Negotiate pricing, discounts, and finalize project contracts.
  • Oversight of project progress and ensure quality standards are met.
Innovation and Research:
  • Contribute to new designs and collections through continuous research and development.
  • Engage in material research and development (R&D) to stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate new materials into our offerings.
