Job Overview

The role of Administrative Manager is pivotal in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and fostering a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Oversee daily office functions, manage administrative staff, and coordinate with senior management on company initiatives.
  • Executive Support: Assist senior managers with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other tasks as needed. Supervise office assistants and support relevant roles.
  • Project Coordination: Lead special projects related to office operations, process improvements, and company events. Coordinate meetings, functions, and events aligning with brand standards.
  • Compliance and Procedures: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, develop administrative processes, and implement systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good understanding of luxury, design, art, and craft concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
  • Experience in managing export and import operations, including documentation and compliance.
  • Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel 2-4 days per month.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple clients or agencies simultaneously.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently as part of a team.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience (preferably in luxury/high-end residential projects).
