Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Oversee daily operations, manage supplies, handle correspondence, and maintain an organized workspace.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, arrange travel, handle calls, greet visitors, and process mail.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and service providers, manage supply orders, and oversee facility maintenance.
  • Bookkeeping Assistance: Support basic bookkeeping tasks including invoice processing and expense tracking.
  • Event Coordination: Organize meetings, training sessions, and internal events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with office management tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Education: High school diploma required; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
