We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our e-commerce strategy. As Business Manager, you will shape our business approach across channels, drive brand awareness, and foster engagement to elevate our luxury platform.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performance Analysis: Drive revenue growth through sales, marketing, and business development, monitor key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives.

• Partner Management: Liaise with numerous brand principals to drive business based on market research and past product performance.

• Brand Positioning: Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our brand, positioning us as a leader in the luxury e-commerce space.

• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities.

• People Skills and Leadership: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the luxury retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, affiliate & email marketing and SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and engage diverse audiences.
