Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to lead our luxury retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fashion, and a proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end ownership of the store, including building and managing relationships with high net worth clients, and executing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed expectations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands.
  • Exceptional ability to engage with high net worth clients at a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
