Executive Position: Luxury Property Specialist

We are seeking a high-achieving and well-networked professional to lead sales of ultra-luxury residences, villas, and land parcels in prime Mumbai markets as well as holiday home destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Manage high-value client relationships and ensure trust-driven long-term engagement.
  • Sales Strategy: Drive sales of resale and primary luxury properties, villas, and land parcels.
  • Inventory Management: Source and manage inventory in Andheri to South Mumbai and holiday home belts.
  • Marketing & Strategy: Contribute to the company's luxury positioning through digital campaigns and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Market Intelligence: Track pricing trends, demand shifts, and competitor movements in the resale and primary luxury segments.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2 – 4 years in luxury real estate sales with proven experience in the resale market.
  • Location Knowledge: Strong understanding of Andheri –South Mumbai luxury markets and holiday home regions.
  • Network: Established connects with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and resale market intermediaries.
  • Skills: Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, ability to navigate complex resale transactions, exposure to digital marketing and luxury branding strategies.
