Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing high-value client relationships, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated client needs and inquiries.
  • Understand client goals and proactively identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of impactful solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Experience using CRM or customer management tools.
