As a seasoned customer success expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving post-sales customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless delivery of our services.

The global speciality chemicals market is witnessing rapid growth, with a CAGR of 5.7%. In the past 24 months, we have expanded our operations to serve clients across more than 40 countries, while fostering partnerships with over 100 customers and suppliers.

To build a high-performing team, we are seeking A-players who can push boundaries and deliver outstanding results. When such a team comes together, no goal seems unachievable.

  • You will be responsible for owning the post-sales customer journey as a Customer Success Specialist.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale, collaborating closely with logistics, documentation, and finance teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align on customer expectations and deliverables.
  • Champion customer satisfaction by anticipating needs and providing proactive support.

Ensure timely and accurate documentation (invoices, B/Ls, COAs, etc.) is shared with customers and collaborate with compliance teams to meet export/import regulations as needed.
