Customer Success Lead Role

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Lead to join our team and drive customer success initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop deep understanding of customer businesses, identifying key pain points and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead a team of 2-3 Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure seamless execution of customer success strategies.
  • Represent the company as a trusted advisor, advocate, and marketing thought leader/subject-matter-expert, helping customers create effective marketing strategies and user lifecycle journeys.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop, launch, and manage marketing campaigns focused on engagement and revenue goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics, using this knowledge to enlighten customers and provide actionable insights.
  • E nsure customers get maximum value from our platform by leveraging its full functionality.
  • Handle customer concerns with confidence, putting them at ease and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Generate case studies, testimonials, and PR from satisfied customers.
Qualifications and Skills
  • MBA in Marketing is highly desirable.
  • 9-12 years of experience in CRM or Customer Success preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, dedicated work ethic, organized, and strong communication skills required.
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Able to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills – diagnosis, root-cause assessment, option evaluation, and resolution.
  • Able to communicate clearly and strategically with clients, team members, and the marketplace.
  • Able to respond quickly to critical issues and roadblocks.
  • Good communication skills (Written/Oral).
  • Excellent presentation skills.
