
Leader in Customer Experience Strategy

This role involves overseeing the product strategy and execution of the roadmap for a customer experience portfolio, with a focus on a marketing platform. The successful candidate will work closely with development teams to ensure that the right features are built in a timely manner, with excellent product quality, ease of upgrading and adoption, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
The lead product strategist will be responsible for understanding the existing install base, identifying incremental features and roadmaps to retain customers and drive renewals and license revenue. They will also need to understand key market trends and competitive insights to ideate and implement major breakthrough features in the roadmap.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Success: Ensure customer success with our products, including timely launch readiness and fulfillment enablement for sellers, business partners, and global system integrator partners.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and communicate the product roadmap for this portfolio with all stakeholders, ensuring customers understand the mission and commitment to innovation and sustained investment.
- Strategic Clarity: Drive strategic clarity for the product differentiation through an outside-in analysis of market, competitive, customer, and technological forces.
- Team Leadership: Lead and align the efforts of other team members in the product management team to deliver effective releases one after the other.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background and in-depth product and technical knowledge of similar customer experience platforms, as well as experience working with sales, development, and CRM teams. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, and product management experience is highly desirable.
