In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will document all interactions in the system as per company policies and follow standard procedures and guidelines while troubleshooting. Collaboration with internal teams for issue resolution when needed is also an essential aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate should have excellent written English communication skills, ability to multi-task, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Prior BPO/chat support experience is an added advantage.
