Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in the city of Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer issues, and improving service processes.

Main Responsibilities:
