We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead our financial planning efforts at Livspace. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans that drive business growth and success.

Job Description

The Business Manager will report directly to the Senior Management team and work closely with various departments to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, working with department heads to develop and consolidate budgets.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, including profitability analysis, cost control, and investment evaluation.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and business units to understand their financial needs and provide financial support and guidance.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and variances.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CA with 5-8 years of relevant work experience in FP&A
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of financial systems, ERP systems, and Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around ₹60,00,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
