Job Title: Expert HCM Cloud Functional Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished HCM Cloud Functional specialist to lead the implementation of our Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring extensive experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in at least one of the following areas:

  • HCM Cloud Payroll
  • HCM Cloud Benefits
  • HCM Cloud Time & Absence
  • HCM Cloud Talent & Learn
Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough requirement workshops to map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  2. Develop and review functional design specifications documents.
  3. Configure complex scenarios in relevant Cloud modules.
  4. Lead small and large teams through the implementation lifecycle.
  5. Demonstrate a deep understanding of business processes and ability to identify as-is and to-be processes.
Requirements
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in HCM Cloud implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
