Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM consultant to join our team in a technical functional role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with excellent communication and expertise in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit and HR Help Desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS.
  • Knowledge of process flow, set-up, and common solutions to modules known in HCM.
  • Experience in at least 3 HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, or HR Help Desk.
  • Technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Ability to write and debug Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Data Migration, and Customization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership skills to develop best practices for effective Techno functional support for the enterprise business process area.
