Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno Functional Professional to fill a key position.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years' experience and up to 18 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with expertise in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit, and HR Help Desk.

  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS is required.
  • The professional should have knowledge of Process Flow, Set-up, and Common Solutions to Modules Known in HCM.
  • HCM Functional professionals should have experience in any 3 modules, such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, or HR Help Desk.
  • Technical professionals should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Expertise in Writing/Debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula is also necessary.
  • Possess strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and SQL.
  • Knowledge on Data Migration and Customization is needed.
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills are essential.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective Techno functional support for the enterprise business process area.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.

  • Expertise in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit, and HR Help Desk.
