Hiring for an experienced Cloud HCM expert to lead end-to-end implementations and develop strong working relationships with clients.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of extensive domain knowledge in Human Capital Management (HCM), covering the hire to retire cycle. They must have been part of at least 5 successful end-to-end HCM implementations, including 2 with Oracle Cloud HCM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expert working experience in Onboarding, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Security, and Helpdesk modules
  • Deep understanding of Cloud HCM business process and data flow
  • Client-facing roles, interacting with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing, negotiating skills, and organizational awareness
  • Good leadership capability, strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to Project Manager
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues/problems and interact with clients frequently
  • Open to domestic or international travel for short and long durations

This is a challenging role that requires expertise in HCM and exceptional leadership skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in HCM
  • Extensive domain knowledge in HCM
  • End-to-end HCM implementation experience
  • Expert working experience in OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Security, and Helpdesk modules
  • Deep understanding of Cloud HCM business process and data flow
