We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM technical/functional or techno-functional consultant.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience and up to 18 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with expertise in HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit, and HR Help Desk.

  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS is required.
  • The consultant should have knowledge of process flow, set-up, and common solutions to modules known in HCM.
  • HCM functional consultants should have experience in any 3 modules, such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, or HR Help Desk.
  • Technical consultants should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Possess strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and SQL.
  • Knowledge on data migration and customization is necessary.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills are essential.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective techno-functional support for the enterprise business process area.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Up to 18 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Expertise in HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit, and HR Help Desk.

Remote, hybrid, in-office work arrangements available.

This role involves working with various stakeholders to implement HCM solutions and provide technical guidance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively.
