Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM professional to fill our vacant position.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the HCM Cloud suite, specifically Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, and HR Help Desk modules.

  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion and familiarity with EBS is required.
  • The candidate should possess expertise in Process Flow, Set-up, and Common Solutions to Modules Known in HCM.
  • Functional consultants should have experience in at least three HCM modules, such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, or HR Help Desk.
  • Technical consultants should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Proficiency in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula is also required.
  • Possess strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and SQL.
  • Knowledge on Data Migration and Customization is necessary.
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills are essential.

  • Implementing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
  • Providing technical support and guidance.
  • Developing and maintaining best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Up to 18 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Expertise in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit, and HR Help Desk.
