Job Title:

HCM Technical Specialist with Fast Formula Expertise

Overview:

We seek a highly skilled technical specialist to support the implementation of HCM solutions, focusing on data extraction and integration. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Compensation and Equity areas in Oracle, as well as hands-on experience with Oracle HCM tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oracle HCM Technical Support (Integrations, Data Conversion, Reports, Fast Formulas)
  • Hands-on expertise with Oracle HCM tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL
  • Optional experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a strong advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Required Skills:

  • HCM Techno-Functional Engineers / Integration Engineers with core expertise in HCM extract, HCM API integration, HDL imports
  • Added expertise in Mulesoft would be a highly desirable but not mandatory
