Compensation Specialist

About the Role
  • A high-level professional with a minimum of 15 years of experience in functional roles for HCM applications is required to drive strategic payroll operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Absence Management to ensure seamless implementation and management of these systems.
  • A track record of at least 2-3 full cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementation experiences is necessary to demonstrate proficiency in this area.
  • Oracle Cloud Payroll Implementation Certification is mandatory to validate the candidate's knowledge and skills.
  • The ability to configure complex fast formulas and payroll costing setups is crucial for effective payroll processing.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for successful collaboration with stakeholders and teams.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for working across all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, and Production Support to ensure smooth delivery and post-launch support.
