**Job Description**

  • Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementations.
  • Conduct requirement workshops & map business processes.
  • Identify as-is vs. to-be processes and design optimized solutions.
  • Build/review functional design documents, enhancements, reports & integrations.
  • Configure scenarios and deliver real business impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on full lifecycle projects.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • 8–12 years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience.
  • Deep expertise in Compensation (Functional SME level).
  • Strong understanding of business processes & compensation summary.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle implementation projects.
  • Ability to manage both small and large teams effectively.
