Fusion HCM Compensation Consultant Role

This position plays a vital role in the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Cloud Compensation applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation of Oracle Cloud Compensation application enhancements, including business process analysis, configuration validation, system integration, and deployment.
  • End-to-end execution of Annual Workforce Compensation plans for 100 countries, ensuring timely and accurate results.
  • Collaboration with technical teams to modify fast formulas or SQLs based on country-specific requirements, driving efficiency and accuracy.
  • Identification and resolution of issues during CRPs and UAT, guaranteeing seamless operations.
  • Loading accurate employee data in the correct UDTs or External tables through collaboration with Data teams, maintaining data integrity.
  • Providing support on WFA-related issues and working closely with technical teams to resolve post-annual campaign issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in identifying and resolving complex issues.
