Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud solutions is essential for driving business growth and efficiency. At the heart of this lies a deep understanding of business processes, enabling consultants to identify areas of improvement and develop tailored strategies.

A seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant will possess a strong grasp of these processes, allowing them to map business needs to relevant cloud modules. They will design complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports, while configuring scenarios in relevant cloud modules with precision.

This role requires experience in end-to-end implementation projects, where consultants work closely with teams to achieve project objectives. A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, or Talent & Learn modules, and will be able to conduct requirement workshops and gather business requirements effectively.

The consultant will work on designing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including mapping business processes to relevant cloud modules, designing complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports, and configuring scenarios in relevant cloud modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Understanding: Strong understanding of business processes and ability to identify areas of improvement.
  • Implementation Expertise: Experience in end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Requirements Gathering: Conducting requirement workshops and gathering business requirements effectively.
  • Design and Configuration: Designing complex enhancements, interfaces, reports, and configuring scenarios in relevant cloud modules.

Prior experience in SME skills in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, or Talent & Learn is highly desirable.

This role requires close collaboration with teams to deliver high-quality results within project timelines.
