Compensation and Benefits Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled professional to design compensation structures, determine salary ranges, manage annual salary revision exercises, communicate compensation programs to employees and management, and monitor the compensation program to make periodic changes as needed.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in compensation and benefits, with expertise in budgeting, vendor assessment, data requirement gathering, project management, and process design and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing compensation structures that align with organizational goals.
  • Determining salary ranges and managing annual salary revision exercises.
  • Communicating compensation programs to employees and management.
  • Monitoring the compensation program and making periodic changes as needed.
  • Performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis of key market intelligence indicators.
  • Interlocking with stakeholders to support actionable market intelligence.
  • Maintaining enterprise-level focus on compensation management activities.
  • Consulting with and educating Sr. Leaders and managers on the Fiserv Compensation philosophy, policies, and structures.
  • Researching and analyzing market data to use for developing compensation structures.
  • Supporting the work of HR professionals within the CoE and the development of a truly global Fiserv HR organization delivering clients and communities.
  • Undertaking job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and are perceived to be so.

  • Driving wellbeing and Benefits / rewards operations professionals to enable the development and successful implementation of Fiserv India Health and Mental Wellbeing policies and programs conceptualized in conjunction and partnership with the local and global and Benefits teams.
  • Responsible for defining problem statements, goal setting, performance management, escalation management, and coaching/mentoring the operations team across the health, wellbeing, and operations functions.
  • Works closely with Fiserv India senior leadership, HR, HQ Benefits, and Wellbeing teams to build consensus and support for the India Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
  • Focusing on communication and branding of all associate benefits.
  • Driving insurance renewal for the Fiserv India entity.
  • Developing the approach for administering health and wellbeing programs for Fiserv India in India in collaboration with local and global teams.
  • Drives vendor market intelligence across the broader benefits portfolio & help organization to optimize ROI.
  • Managing multiple vendors/services contracts & renewal.
  • Leads the internal governance of functional metrics and health/insurance dashboards.
  • Drives the finalization of annual Fiserv India engagement calendar in partnership with site excellence and enables implementation of the events in conjunction with the global and India team.
  • Works with Leaders, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and the leadership team to effectively communicate/amplify Fiserv India's Benefits philosophy and educate team members on the value of Total Rewards in partnership with communications.
  • Manages and monitors health and wellbeing budgets and insurance.
  • Owns and drives company-wide special projects aligned to team/organizational needs.
