Our client is a globally recognized company with international offices, offering premium travel and event experiences. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience, holding strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will report directly to the CFO and CEO, working closely with the management team to drive business processes, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights. Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations: Handle day-to-day finance operations, ensuring smooth business processes and streamlining workflows across departments.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, MIS reports, and management analyses, conducting financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Compliance and Controls: Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, tax filings, and regulatory standards, driving process improvements for financial efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a recognized body.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance, MIS, and accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
