Dynamic Finance Systems Professional

We seek highly skilled and motivated individuals who embody the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork. Our ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our Finance team to enhance financial systems, implement ERP solutions, and build Power BI dashboards for real-time financial reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for MIS, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
  • Lead or support ERP implementation projects, ensuring smooth integration with finance processes.
  • Manage finance system–related implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolution.
  • Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications.
  • Train Finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, and reporting solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation).
  • Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar).
  • Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes.
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, MIS, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in a law firm, professional services, or consulting environment.
  • Exposure to automation of finance workflows and process improvements.
  • Experience working with SQL or other data sources for reporting.
