Financial Strategist Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial strategies and have the ability to collaborate closely with senior management to drive business growth.

This key role involves defining and executing our financial strategy, ensuring the company's long-term success and stability.

As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic financial plans, optimizing operational processes, and contributing to the organization's financial health.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the company's financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Supervise AR/AP, payroll, tax, and statutory compliance operations.
  • Provide stakeholders with financial visibility through dashboards and regular reports on yearly, quarterly, and monthly financial performance.
  • Forecast cash flow, assess borrowing needs, and determine available funds for expenses and investments.
  • Assist in preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets at organizational and functional levels.
  • Report budget variances to management, providing detailed explanations for discrepancies.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, legal advisors, and government offices.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in small to medium-sized companies or technology startups with a global reach.
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP, with practical experience in global finance practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and address new challenges.
