Finance Systems Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Systems Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Financials and Controlling, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules, including AR, AP, GL, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Project Systems, Electronic Bank Statement, and Bank Reconciliation.
  • Implement SAP solutions for the healthcare DME industry, including rental billing, revenue recognition, depreciation, and cost allocation.
  • Integrate SAP modules with expertise in FI-MM, FI-SD, and equipment rental modules, including Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV).
  • Create and maintain FI Master Data, implementing validations and substitutions for enhanced process control.
  • Possess basic SAP ABAP knowledge for debugging, analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Experience in SAP configuration, testing, documentation, and production support for complex system environments.
  • Prepare and validate test scripts covering various SAP FICO sub-modules.
  • Ensure end-to-end testing for Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report cycles, ensuring process integrity across modules.
  • Log, analyze, and resolve test defects in coordination with technical teams, ensuring timely closure.
Requirements:
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to gather and translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
  • Map existing processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and implement automation opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, healthcare regulations, and DME-specific reporting standards.
  • Provide user assistance, training, and system adoption support.
  • Conduct requirement analysis, functional design, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
