We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Intern to support our finance team in day-to-day operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in billing, reconciliation, bookkeeping, and general accounting processes. This is a great opportunity for candidates pursuing a career in finance or accounting to build a strong foundation in a professional setting.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in preparing and generating client invoices.

2. Maintain accurate records of billing and payment transactions.

3. Support in daily bookkeeping activities, including journal entries and ledger updates.

4. Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and client accounts.

5. Help monitor accounts receivable and payable.

6. Maintain and update financial documentation and databases.

7. Assist the finance team with audits and monthly closing procedures.

8. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Pursuing or recently completed B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

2. Basic understanding of accounting principles.

3. Familiarity with MS Excel, Tally, or any accounting software is a plus.

4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Good communication and organizational skills.

6. Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
