Franchise Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement franchise sales and expansion strategies within assigned regions.
  • Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners, conducting market research to assess opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, providing support and guidance throughout the onboarding process.
  • Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential franchise partners to promote the franchise model and its benefits.
  • Monitor franchise performance and provide ongoing support to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional materials and initiatives to attract franchise partners.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management on franchise sales performance and market trends.
  • Organize and participate in franchise recruitment events and workshops to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform franchise expansion strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in franchise sales and expansion, preferably in the education or telecom industry.
  • Strong understanding of franchise business models and operational processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with potential franchise partners.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities and franchise performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in franchise management or operations is a plus.
