About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Director to lead our operations in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet Sales Targets: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Project Scouting & Client Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • OEM Partnerships: Foster strong partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to drive sales and expand our product offerings.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to attract new customers and grow our customer base.
  • Demand Generation: Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted marketing campaigns that drive demand for our products.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of ₹12.5 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
