- Collaborate closely with middle management partners on day-to-day business operations such as scheduling high-priority drives, employee engagement programs, claims settlement tracking, and policy refund processing.
- Identify and develop talent within the team, preparing them for career advancement opportunities.
- Responsible for achieving sales, revenue, and product-wise targets for assigned regions, ensuring profitable growth and expansion.
- Manage accounts including sales and financial reconciliations; liaise with partner teams for timely payout settlements.
- Travel extensively across designated geographies to meet partners and customers according to approved travel plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and partnership development.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and coordinate with the Business Development team to drive growth.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Ability to motivate and lead teams to success through effective leadership and collaboration.
- Skill in setting realistic goals and identifying key areas for improvement.
- Drive and enthusiasm to exceed performance targets and deliver results.
- Excellent decision-making skills and sense of responsibility.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Minimum 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
