  • You will be responsible for devising and seeking approval on manpower optimization strategies for the retail function, ensuring efficient operations and maximizing productivity.
  • A critical aspect of this role is monitoring the financial performance of company-owned and franchised stores against set targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • To drive operational excellence, you will develop and implement reporting and review mechanisms to track performance, facilitating timely course corrections and necessary adjustments.
