The role of Franchise Acquisition Manager involves identifying and acquiring new franchise opportunities, evaluating competitive offerings and ensuring smooth onboarding of new partners.

Key responsibilities:

Identify and assess high-potential business regions for franchise development, focusing on strategic growth opportunities.

Build strong networks with competitor franchisees and evaluate offerings by brokers and market players in the region, utilizing relationship-building skills and negotiation tactics.

Conduct lead generation campaigns and drive franchisee onboarding closures, employing data-driven strategies to maximize results.

Drive timely business transition, account activation, and revenue generation from newly acquired franchisees, maintaining focus on key performance indicators.

Monitor and maintain franchise retention in line with organizational targets and KPIs, fostering a culture of customer satisfaction.

Identify expansion opportunities within the existing network, exploring avenues for growth and innovation.

Encourage franchisees to adopt digital trading practices, mitigating compliance risks and unauthorized trade complaints while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key requirements:

Proven experience in franchise acquisition or partner development with a strong understanding of stock broking principles.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, coupled with a proven ability to build and manage relationships effectively.

Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to the financial services industry.
