Business Growth Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive business expansion by identifying and securing new clients.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting – Conduct market research and networking to identify potential clients.
- Client Engagement – Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Sales Presentations & Pitches – Present products or services effectively to prospective clients.
- Negotiation & Closing – Handle pricing discussions, prepare proposals, and close sales deals.
- Sales Reporting – Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Market Research – Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Collaboration with Teams – Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams.
- Customer Follow-ups – Regularly follow up with clients for payments, feedback, and repeat business.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred)
- Freshers or experienced candidates with a strong interest in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and build relationships
- Target-driven with a positive and persuasive attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
