Responsibilities
  • Drive year-on-year revenue growth by setting and achieving strategic sales goals.
  • Oversee new market development, sector expansion, and client acquisition to ensure continuous revenue enhancement.
  • Develop strategies to increase market share, targeting high-potential sectors and customer segments.
  • Optimize pricing strategies, lead contract negotiations, and implement pricing models to enhance profitability.
  • Monitor and improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), ensuring timely collections in collaboration with the finance team.
Skill Requirements
  • Proven expertise in market development, client acquisition, and strategic sales leadership.
  • Strong negotiation and pricing strategy skills, with experience managing high-value contracts.
  • In-depth understanding of customer relationship management and industry trends.
  • Proficient in SAP or similar CRM systems, with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
