Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to succeed in a dynamic and competitive industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Deep understanding of the power distribution and control systems industry, including technical expertise and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
