Team Lead for International Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead to oversee our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with at least one year of experience in international sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve sales performance challenges using established performance management techniques.
  • Monitor and take action on team performance and sales growth.
  • Supervise the day-to-day functional activities of non-exempt work group members, including sales targets and attendance monitoring.
  • Guide individuals towards goal achievement through effective sales negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and staff development skills.
  • Demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions on calls.
  • Develop action plans to maximize performance and provide effective sales coaching.
  • Proven ability to analyze and improve teamwork.
  • Excellent customer service/sales skills, ability to work well under pressure, professional demeanor, and strong written and oral communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/masters degree or equivalent with three or more years of work experience.
  • Existing team leader for at least 2 years or working as a lead/SME with good knowledge and experience in handling a sales team.
  • Extensive experience in driving customer satisfaction related deliverables.
  • Experience in driving sales, cross-selling, and upselling in an inbound customer service-related program.
  • Proficiency with various software applications programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/upselling/cross-selling process.
  • Well-versed with technology and technology products, services, and solutions.
