Your Role:

We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and managing consultancy relationships. Your administrative tasks will include supervising asset procurement, arranging travel and accommodation, and handling invoices related to administrative expenses.

You'll also be responsible for conducting introductory sessions for new hires, creating email IDs, providing access to necessary software, and setting up accounts in our HRMS software.

Employee Grievances and Welfare Activities:

You'll organize employee engagement sessions and team outings, address and resolve employee grievances, plan and execute work anniversary celebrations, and distribute birthday and festival goodies.

Payroll Management:

You'll oversee the processing of salaries, bonuses, salary advances, revisions, variable pay, and overtime payments, ensuring accurate payroll administration.

Performance Management:

You'll coordinate appraisals and promotions, work closely with management to restructure roles and determine salary hikes, and facilitate performance reviews and feedback sessions.

Reporting and Documentation:

You'll compile and coordinate reports when required, draft and distribute various HR-related letters, including offer letters, experience and relieving letters, employment letters, promotion letters, salary revision letters, transfer letters, NOC, and salary certificates.

Qualifications:

We're looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, and strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Skills:

You should have proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office, strong analytical and decision-making skills, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
