Job Description

We are seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our banking branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Profit and Loss statement and Balance Sheet, executing the Branch Strategy, and driving revenue growth through cross-selling and liabilities mobilization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and reports
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve branch performance
  • Fostering strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in branch management or a related field
