**Job Title: Banking Module Trainer (BFSI Training)**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop comprehensive training modules related to banking operations, financial services, and compliance.
- Deliver engaging training sessions using various instructional techniques (e.g., lectures, group discussions, role-playing, and hands-on exercises).
- Assess participants’ understanding and progress through evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
- Update training material to reflect current trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
- Provide one-on-one support and mentorship to training participants as necessary.
- Prepare reports and analyze data related to training effectiveness and participant performance.
- Stay current with developments in the BFSI sector and incorporate relevant insights into training content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in the banking sector, particularly in training or educational roles.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, operations, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Proficiency in using training technologies and tools (e.g., Learning Management Systems, online training platforms).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
