Job Title: Trainer for BFSI & Busy/telly

Organization: Society for Participatory Development (SPID)

Location: West Delhi

**Salary**: INR 25000/- month (Negotiable)

Job Profile:

- Provide training in various skills required in Busy & BFSI
- Develop and implement innovative teaching tools and techniques to engage trainees throughout the program
- Conduct pre & post assessments, monthly assessments, and evaluate progress
- Document success stories
- Explore job opportunities with various companies for trained students
- Follow up with drop-out students and those who have been placed
- Motivate and mobilize students for enrollment and job opportunities
- Visit fields and markets
- Prepare reports
- Travel locally and outstation as required

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum Commerce graduate with good knowledge of Busy or Tally
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar areas
- Proficient in MS Office and internet usage
- Knowledge in Tally will be considered an additional qualification
- Ability to conduct psychological tests and counseling is an asset
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Innovative, passionate about the work, natural motivator, and able to work in a team

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (required)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
