About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer with a strong background in international voice operations to deliver end-to-end training for new hires and existing employees. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of process knowledge, and a proven record of improving performance through impactful training interventions.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for international voice processes. - Design and deliver training modules focused on process knowledge, soft skills, systems, and compliance. - Evaluate trainee performance and provide continuous coaching for improvement. - Work closely with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and skill gaps. - Prepare and maintain training calendars, reports, and feedback summaries. - Drive refresher and upskilling programs to improve productivity and quality scores. - Ensure adherence to client-defined SLAs and quality standards.Key Skills & Requirements:- Minimum 2 years as a Process Trainer / Communication Trainer in an international voice setup (US/UK process preferred). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Should be flexible with rotational shifts. - Experience in banking, telecom, healthcare, or BFSI voice processes will be an added advantage.Educational Qualification:- Graduate / Post-Graduate in any stream.
