**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions for our customer service team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop training modules, materials, and assessments to ensure effective learning.
- Provide feedback and coaching to trainees to improve their performance.
- Keep up to date with industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs.
- Monitor trainee progress and adapt training techniques as needed.
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
- Ensure that trainees are fully compliant with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Process Trainer in the BPO industry, with a strong background in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate trainees effectively.
- Proficient in using training tools and techniques.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving training needs.
- A strong commitment to gender diversity

**Salary**: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
