**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct training sessions for our customer service team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Develop training modules, materials, and assessments to ensure effective learning.
Provide feedback and coaching to trainees to improve their performance.
Keep up to date with industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs.
Monitor trainee progress and adapt training techniques as needed.
Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
Ensure that trainees are fully compliant with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Process Trainer in the BPO industry, with a strong background in customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate trainees effectively.
Proficient in using training tools and techniques.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to evolving training needs.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
