Job Opportunity:

  • Conduct comprehensive training programs for assigned territories and verticals, covering product process trainings, functional trainings, PIP trainings, induction, and onboarding trainings.
  • Launch a Learning Management System (LMS) completion drive for assigned verticals and business units.
  • Develop and execute training strategies for assigned territories, ensuring effective training execution and management.
  • Organize Training the Trainers (TTT) programs with business teams to launch new products and processes.
  • Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for concerned businesses.
  • Collaborate with zonal business leaders to ensure alignment of training objectives with business goals.
  • Lead a team of trainers in the zone to achieve training objectives and contribute to the overall success of the geography.
  • Ensure team alignment and compliance with organizational processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery: Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of assigned territories and verticals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of trainers to achieve training objectives and support the growth of the organization.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance training efficiency and effectiveness.
