Full Job Description
- Handling all trainings for New Hire and existing Patient Care executives
- Develop training curriculum and plan as per the business requirement
- Coordinate with Quality and operations to identify training requirements
- Softs Skills training like negotiation, etiquette and problem solving
- Develop material and conduct training for any new product launch or changes
- Knowledge of health sector will be a bonus
- Physically visit various network hospitals to conduct on field trainings when required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years’ experience with at least 2 years’ experience in the relevant field
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Focus on quality and customer first approach

Education
Bachelor’s Degree

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
