**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Design & Delivery**:

- Develop and deliver training programs on soft skills, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Create training content, materials, and manuals tailored to the needs of the BPO environment.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for new hires and existing staff.
- **Sales Training**:

- Train employees on effective sales strategies, including lead generation, closing techniques, objection handling, and relationship building.
- Focus on enhancing performance, sales metrics, and overall customer engagement through improved sales approaches.
- **Soft Skills Training**:

- Focus on communication skills, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, time management, leadership, and teamwork.
- Improve interpersonal skills, listening skills, and assertiveness to foster a productive work environment.
- **Performance Monitoring & Feedback**:

- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback through role-plays, assessments, and reviews.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with team leaders and managers to understand the specific needs of the teams and align training programs accordingly.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and incorporate relevant learning into the training sessions.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of training programs, feedback, and employee progress.
- Generate regular reports on training outcomes and employee performance metrics.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Soft Skills and Sales Trainer in the BPO or related industry.
- Prior experience in sales training, customer service training, and soft skills development.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Relevant certifications in training, sales, or customer service are a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, customer service best practices, and soft skills development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess training needs, adapt to various learning styles, and engage employees effectively.
- Proficiency in using training tools, LMS platforms, and MS Office Suite.
- **Other Attributes**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate others.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with training in voice processes and outbound/inbound sales.
